Can't avitivate Supersafe

I have just renewed my contract on to Fibre 35 and I received a message stating my existing Supersafe is no longer supported on my new plan, however, Supersafe for 10 devices is included with my new plan for free, saving £4 a month. When I try to activate Supersafe it is still trying to charge me £4 a month.
