Cannot pass PCI scan

As a business, I have to pass PCI scans every 90 days. The router (Huawei DG8041W) is connected to the Hikvision DVR (cable) and the card payments machine (cable). Usually, it went fine but now the scan failed every time. I asked what is the issue and get an answer "Please submit a network diagram that shows proof of segmentation between the camera system on port 80 and the credit card environment." The question is: How to prove it and most importantly how to segment them from each other?

@DodoPizza two points.

 

1. if you are using a home contract for business use, you need TT's written permission to do so.

 

2. As above, if you are a business customer, their support area is where you need to go.

Hi DodoPizza, as Divsec has said if you're a business customer you need to contact the Business support team. We are a residential support team and have no visibility of business systems.

Hi @DodoPizza this sounds like a business issue, are you a business customer as there's a dedicated support team for business customers
