I am unable to log in to F-Secure

I have a message in my Supersafe Account which states that " your subscription has expired"

I have only just renewed my contract with TalkTalk

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi how4sam, did you renew over the phone or via a link? 

 

martswain is correct your free licence is gone, but you should have been advised of this when renewing.

If you had the free, one licence version then as this is no longer offered with new contracts, when you renewed it will have been removed.

 

If you wish to use TT Online Defence (F-Secure) you will now need to pay the relevant subscription, which I believe is £4 a month, this can be added in your online account.
