Hello,
Ive tried to log into the supersafe boost so I can use it but every time I try logging in it does not work and this shows up??.. Ive tried to reset my password a number of times but the same problem just keeps happening and its really frustrating please help

Hi AnCh1, I just want to clarify you can reset the password and thats works fine. When you come to login you always get the same error message check username or password? How long do you wait after resetting the password before you try to login again?
