KidsSafe Blocking Sites When Switched Off

Hi, some sites are being blocked by the KidsSafe filter even though it's turned off in my account settings and I've never used it before. I've tried switching it on then off again, I've cleared my web browsers cache and I've re-set my router and it's still blocking sites. Any help in getting it switched off would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi MichaelSE5, have you tried turning the router off overnight if not give that a go. 

 

I know you've got KS turned off, try turning it on and allowing the sites that are being blocked and let me know if that makes a difference.
