Hi folks,
I received a fresh router recently and have found that TalkTalk is blocking me from sites
with Kidsafe.
The information page itself says this will never be activated unless expressly done so my the
account holder, yet it has been forced on me and refuses to switch off.
I've tried all the recommended actions to fix this, but TalkTalk is still blocking me. So even
if I can get connected for a few fleeting minutes, I can't load the sites I want.
I was never once informed about this garbage, and never onced asked about it. I don't even
have children!
So far this month TalkTalk has cost me three weeks of work, and now this. It's beyond a joke.

Hi fvbain, work was done last night to clear the fault. Please reboot your router and post back to let us know how you get on.
