Logging in to Supersafe

We are new to Talktalk, trying to set up Supersafe boost, we do not have the original Fsecure email. We have tried to sign via are Talktalk account but it will not allows to sign in or set up the account, please can someone assist us?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Staff will reach your thread here in the next day or two. It's important that you complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard. 

 

It's important to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details. 

 

If you don't know your phone number, check in Service Centre (forum menu>service status etc) and your phone number will show in there.

 

Or plug a landline phone in and dial 17070. Your landline phone number will then be read back to you.
