I've just moved house and transferred my TalkTalk broadband and TV with me. My TalkTalk Online Defence now states Account Suspended. I can see on my account that the SuperSafe Boost has been switched off, but if I reactivate it, it will charge me £4pm. I have an offer whereby this is free until August 2022. Please can someone advise me how to sort this? Many thanks.
@aaprout1 did you have the single licence version ?
Did you pay the £60 home moving fee or did you enter into a new contract ?
If you are on a new contract then the single licence version is no longer offered.
The Home Move fee is notified as part of the process.
How many licences did you have ?
What is your contract end date in your account ?
If you update your community profile with your name and landline number staff can check for you.
