At the beginning of lockdown I lost my phone and as a result, my email account was suspended and lost owing to lack of use. So I had a threatening letter from talk talk telling me to change my email address. However, because I have a new phone and a new email address, I am finding it impossible to log in. I need to talk to a person but know from previous experience that is absolutely impossible. What do I do? I think I want to just quit talk talk as there is no customer service whatsoever and my internet access is sketchy at best - but again - impossible to do apparently. How do I log into my account with no up-to-date phone number or email?
