Not sure if this is the correct part of forum to post this.

Is there a way to set the router to go off at night to stop teenagers surfing all night.

The homework setting part of talktalk soungs like it would leave sites like youtube still available .

Not really, neither of the WiFi Hubs offer this facility. They do both allow MAC address filtering that will accomplish a permanent block, but not one based on a time schedule. You could manually log into the router & enable or disable this when you want to block such access. However, if they know the router's admin password, then they could easily log into the router from another device & undo your settings.
