Password reset email not received

First Timer

I am trying to log on to my SuperSafe account for the first time on my new laptop. I have dowloaded the software but when prompted to log in, I enter my TalkTalk email address and password, but this is not recognised. When I click for a password reset email nothing is received. The online chat just referred me here. Please help.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
