Port Forwarding

I am trying to port forward ports 5001, 80 and 443 for my NAS drive.

I see the below error

The configured port conflicts with the internal service port.

From reading other posts the router could be the problem but I was told to create a new post.

Hello,

Can I just confirm, are you happy for us to send the Sagemcom Wifi Hub? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

Thanks

Hi @antoniojsmith

@Chris-TalkTalk has asked me to help you. This is a problem with the DG8041W's current firmware, you cannot port forward TCP ports 80 or 443 without translating the external ports to something else. Perhaps TalkTalk will be kind enough to offer you a swap to the Sagemcom WiFi hub, which does allow these ports to be forwarded.
