Problem Installing Super Safe Boost

Hi

I am having difficulty installing Supersafe Boost on to my laptop. I have followed the instructions given but when I choose ' Supersafe protection for 1 device' there is no 'confirm order' option to click on but just a 'log in' button. I do not receive the F Secure email which I am meant to click on to register. Any ideas folks? Thank you. I have spoken to an adviser this morning but they were unable to help, great service!

Hi Ladyclancy, I've resent the welcome mail and forced a password reset for you. The mail will come to your MyAccount login email.


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
