Since 23/4/21 there has been an error message on my Homesafe settinngs page:
"Sorry, we had a problem updating your HomeSafe® settings. Please try again later."
This was reported by phone to technical support who could not resolve it and said they would be escalating it, with a response within 24 hours. I have had no response within this timescale and the issue remains. I need this technical glitch fixed urgently as some sites I use for work are still blocked.

We’re aware that some customers are currently unable to adjust their HomeSafe settings in My Account. Our team are looking into this as a priority and we hope to have everything back up and running soon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
