I have been having a problem accessing my Supersafe Boost protection for my TalkTalk account.
I cannot get beyond the login screen using the original email I had when I first installed it (it has been shut down - old Orange email account) and I cannot get password reset emails to come to my current email address either.
I want to switch my single user protection (the free one) to a new laptop and at the moment I can't do anything.
I have been advised to start this topic by the TalkTalk help person I spoke to on the phone earlier today.
