I would like to unblock all remote access to Team Viwer, but have been told to switch off scam protection which allows all the scammers access to my system - not ideal.
I have asked your technical help if there is any other way just to allow remote access via Team Viewer, but they had no further help on this, which is surprising.
Remote access is necessary and I don't wish to compromise my system, so can you please advise another way to accommodate this.
There is no other way as these ports are blocked on their network, unless you turn off scam protection.
