I am trying to install Super Safe on my imac. I am running High Sierra 10.13.6. Following the instructions on the help page I went to My Account, My services, Manage your security. I should then be able to 'Confirm Order' but this option is not available. The only option is to log in but as far as I am aware I have no account to log in to. I did try 'forgotten password' just in case I had already downloaded Super Safe without being aware of it but no reset email arrived. I spent 45 minutes online chatting with talktalk and ended up being sent a link to the same help page I had started with!!! Please can anyone help?
Hi Janis77, the first thing to do is to check if you have popup blockers enabled on the device and disable it for the site when you've added the boost. That will allow you to confirm order. If you still can't see it then I've sent you a personal message to run through the security information I need to do this for you.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
