Super safe boost only shows 1 licence

I pay for 8 licences but my account only allows me 1 licence

I only have 1 super safe boost licence even though I pay £2 a month for 8 licences. Talk talk helpline couldn't help!

I've drawn this topic to the attention of the TalkTalk Community support team of OCE's and they'll respond to you right here to help you.

 

Just ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your landline phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and save changes. The Community support OCE's will then be able to link this topic to your TalkTalk service account.

 

OCE_Ady is the expert and will investigate and fix this for you. Just enjoy your snow weekend as much as you can and Ady should be back on Monday.

Hi  Philip63, I've just taken a look at your account and can see only 1 licence selected. What happens if you select 8 user licence in MyAccount? I'm happy to help you select it, but would have to run through security with you first. 


Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
