SuperSafe password reset email not received

First Timer

I am trying to activate SuperSafe for the first time on my new laptop. I have downloaded the software and am then prompted to log in to my SuperSafe account. I have never logged into it before. When I use the email address and password for my TalkTalk account, it says the password is incorrect. When I click for a password reset email, nothing is received in my inbox. I have tried the online chate who just referred me to this community. Help please.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
