I was unable to log in as SS wouldn’t recognise my details, I eventually managed to reset my password, received email confirming this had been done but the system still refuses to recognise my details!! I spent a very frustrating hour on online chat who couldn’t solve the problem and referred me to this forum. can anyone help me please?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
