Hi grouser, sorry for the delay in replying to you. I've been working on this for but haven't posted. I'm just working with the product manager to get you the answer you need. It looks like I need you to run the diagnostic tool and send the results in. The only catch is that I don't have access to an appropriate email bin (and I don't mean in the rubbish sense) for you to send the results to. I'll post back shortly.

Any update on this _Ady,I have researched a bit on this online and some of the files relate to the system restore the others not known,It would be helpful if anyone using Supersafe to scan there computer with is having the same issues,I find it hard to believe that a simple update from F_Secure could cause this without somebody else having the same issue

Not yet. I'm wondering if the update corrupted your install. Have you tried removing with the Fsecure removal tool and reinstalling it?

I first posted this problem back in December last year Now we enter into March and still it persists,It looks as I am he only one who as this happening on two computers still, what puzzles me is that the post as had 323 views and no-one as commented on that they are having something similar or that they don't have the same problem,I'm beginning to think that I should just revert back to a Free AV or Windows Defender and be done with it

The longer this goes unanswered/solved the worse F-Secure is looking especially in the reply that Quotes"Something is not right" said by a F-Secure representitive a few posts back,so if that's the case "How Right is it as a whole package" I have returned back to Windows Defender untill I can get an answer to the problem I was encountering on two devices plus the lack of follow up as left a bitter taste in the mouth especially after I received an email informing I am paying for 8 devices protection but not using it,well I would gladly go back using it if the could sort out the problem I have  had with it and restore some confidence.over to you F-Secure

Well the OC_e's have let me down for the first time through this problem by not even replying to me.I have had problems in the past and found them to be first rate with there help and answers but now I feel all that disappearing fast,It as been said by F-secure that something is not right and been left there as a solution but no fix,OC_e's can't find link to enable to send a fault report,I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times but still the same problem appears when viewing scan report as does on my laptop,I would like to use f-secure as Windows defender is conflicting with Epson scanner(another known problem with Microsoft blaming Epson and Epson blaming Microsoft)so please do something to show me that my faith in you is justified
