Hi. I started a new contract on the 11th August and was advised to add Supersafe boost at additional cost which I agreed, I was told that I would receive an email with instructions and codes for this function shortly, I also received a confirmation letter saying the same, currently nothing received, I have checked spam folder and nothing there either, how long should this take?
