I'm with sitground for hosting my website is there a way I can let the Talk Talk DG8041W router know to update my Cloudflare DNS with the new IP address?
Since I get a dynamic IP address.

You can use DDNS, but I have no idea if it is compatible with cloudfare. You can use it with No-IP & DynuDNS.
