Teamviewer blocked



Ihave tried all of the above, have had a 1hr+ chat with talktalk and have yet to resolve this issue.


I have been locked out of Teamviewer for over 2 days now and really need this for work.


Please advise how to resolve etc.

Have you tried the quick 10 minute fix:

  • Log in to your MyAccount
  • Select My Services (grey header bar)
  • Select View HomeSafe settings (drop down list)
  • Switch on Scam Protection
  • Switch on KidsSafe
  • Wait 5 minutes
  • Switch off Scam Protection
  • Switch off KidsSafe
  • Wait 5 minutes

Hi joe35, I've reset your kidsafe settings for you. You'll have a couple of emails about it. Please let me know if that clears the problem. 

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
