Further to my ealier post I have not yet received email from Fsecure to activate account. I have followed the help advice and asked for Fsecure password to be reset but when I recieve the associated email and click the link and enter new password it say's Link has expired. I have tried speaking to talktalk agents but they say this is the place to get it resolved. So far I have spent hours on the phone or at the keyboard, this is not the type of service I expect for a long term loyal custermer, can some please help resolve this issue please?
