I was unable to log in as SS wouldn’t recognise my details, I eventually managed to reset my password, received email confirming this had been done but the system still refuses to recognise my details!!
I spent a very frustrating hour on online chat who couldn’t solve the problem and referred me to this forum.
can anyone help me please?

Hi OR2018, can you add the email you currently use to Private notes in the community profile. I've checked your MyAccount and neither of the addresses in there shows on the Fsecure profile.
