cannot access homesafe setttings

When I try to go to homesafe it hangs a while and then a error message says ' sorry we cannot access your homesafe setting. Please try later'

Can you check please?

Just got through to someone on chat and it's an outage problem. I was told it's being looked into and being worked on. It's not affecting everyone or a particular area.

We’re aware that some customers are currently unable to adjust their HomeSafe settings in My Account. Our team are looking into this as a priority and we hope to have everything back up and running soon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
