Why is Talktalk asking me to renew my F Security when never been a member?

@grumps, you have posted about this in the medium and longer term past, so it is likely that you still have this software lurking somewhere on your computer, trying to renew.

We had it automatically for one device before, free, @grumps.
That's no longer the case, so if you have renewed your contract and haven't got third party antivirus software on your computer, they are encouraging you to add it, and you will be covered for up to 10 devices.
