I have just got a new laptop which I have set up but the boost hasn't transferred . How do I get the security boost on my new computer?

Hi BlackMajic, the supersafe boost software needs to be installed on the new device. If you have only 1 licence you'll also need to login to the SuperSafe account and release the licence on the previous device.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
