supersafe login not possible

Hi, I am having problem with login of online defence (supersafe). I could not receive password as the original (talktalk) email address could not be accessed. Chat help could not resolve the situation.

Therefore I cancelled supersafe so that I could purchase a fresh boost & install the new version of Fsecure - which aligns with my current talktalk login email. I have not received the Fsecure email ( i also check spam & trash) so this method does not work.

 

I need help to set up the Fsecure boost login against my current login email, or help reinstating the old talktalk email so I can get the password refresh email.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@Tobby, please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Launch Profile Wizard. 

 

I'll escalate this into the queue for attention  - it should have happened on Monday but unfortunately the forum software glitched.
