Hi, I am having problem with login of online defence (supersafe). I could not receive password as the original (talktalk) email address could not be accessed. Chat help could not resolve the situation.
Therefore I cancelled supersafe so that I could purchase a fresh boost & install the new version of Fsecure - which aligns with my current talktalk login email. I have not received the Fsecure email ( i also check spam & trash) so this method does not work.
I need help to set up the Fsecure boost login against my current login email, or help reinstating the old talktalk email so I can get the password refresh email.
