When we log on to our computer we get a message in a box saying that our subscription has expired and our computer is no longer protected.  There is a button asking us to 'renew'.  We have had four online chats about this and are told that our free  supersafe boost is valid until august 2022.  And they don't seem to know how to resolve this - we certainly don't either.

We cannot run any virus scans and when we tried to go into our online banking the security definitely was not there.

We are not very computer literate and everything needs to be straightforward.  We were sent (according to them) a manual showing  'step by step' instructions on how to install super safe boost.  It was not a manual but a link. But why should we be installing this when it is already active?  Can anyone tell us how we can get the virus scanner to work please?

Hi Alfred222, it sounds like you need to uninstall the software and then reinstall it. You can easily uninstall the software using Fsecure Removal Tools. Once that's done you can then reinstall afresh and should have no more problems. You'll find the help you need in the SuperSafe Overview article
