We're aware of some customers who cannot use their broadband and on demand tv services in Northern Ireland

If you're experiencing an outage with your service there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue however if you urgently need to speak with us you can contact us here.
Some customers may experience issues accessing their emails via webmail, clients such as Outlook or on mobile devices and may see a message prompting to re-enter your username and password.
