How have you connected the box to the router? Direct or via powerlines?
Have you tried accessing and playing iPlayer for example to check the box can connect to the internet?
If iPlayer works, then work backwards from the box and retune after each step.
Remove wires and reinsert them if you have not already done this and check your powerline plugs, if used have lights on. You could reset them and the re pair them.
If that does not work, the try rebooting the router.
If still no joy post back and you are in the staff's queue for a response.
