Introducing a £4 TV charge which you try and dress up as adding extra benefits is a farce.
I only received an email about it today although I read about it in the press a few days ago.
TalkTalk you shout about how good your service is, well I beg to differ. They way you treat your customers leaves a lot to be desired as far as I’m concerned. Increasing the price by this much, is disgusting.

I’ve already seen that page thank you. Fact is, you’re increasing your charge to me by £48 a year and your answer to that is, if you don’t like it, opt out. Great customer service!!
