I went on to live chat and have cancelled the £4 TV charge however they say to contact them on 3rd Feb to have quote " RAYNING:I totally understand you about it, I already remove the TV charge on your account and if you would like to completely remove the TV service, you can contact us on th 3rd February to completely remove the TV service as we don't have tools as the moment to remove it"
Could yo please comfirm £4 charge is cancelled completely and is do I have to cancel services on 3rd of Feb. or is that not necessary
The agent has opted you out of the upcoming TV charge.
If you have any current active TV Boosts you can remove these in My Account before February to avoid a charge being applied. If you have no active TV boosts eg. Sky Sports or Movies boosts etc then all will be ok.
