AWFUL TV service - worst I've ever experienced

Just joined talktalk and it is the worst TV service I think I've experienced.  Barely responsive, half the HD channels hardly work and/or lose signal, not many channels alongside freeview, extremely slow to boot up.  Wish I never signed up.

The normal Freeview channels are covered via the aerial. The other services come via the onboard apps.

Yeah just restarting, ok will try that. 

Where can I find the full list of talktalk tv channels?  Is there a link please?

Are you getting fewer channels than through your TV connected directly? If so try disconnecting the aerial from the TalkTalk box and retuning, that will produce zero channels obviously, but will also clear the tuner memory. Then reconnect the aerial and retune again. See if that helps.
