Hi all, renewed my package and selected the amazon tech (ring video doorbell) recieved the code by email, when trying to enter the code in amazon it says can't use the code, spoke to customer service here and they said to contact amazon, amazon said its because the item is not sold by amazon, but the link provided by talktalk does not go to an item sold by amazon directly (3rd party seller) have followed the instructions in the help section (why does my code not work) and still get no where 🤬

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

Hi how long did it take to get your email? Its been over 30 days since i upgraded mine and still have not received an email to claim my doorbell?
