Amazon Prime offer code not sent

I have been promised a 12 months Amazon Prime membership when I signed up for an 18 month Fibre 150 contract. This was in February but I still haven't been sent the code after numerus calls and online chats. Each time I was promised it would be sent within 7 days but still nothing! Please can someone help!

I have escalated this to the team responsible for the codes, asking them to send it ASAP.

You have posted on a post by somebody else so it is unlikely to be picked up by a member of staff promptly and I am unable to escalate it for you from here.
