I am unable to watch Amazon Prime video on my Talk Talk TV box. I have to watch it on my smart TV app. I can watch Netflix fine. I have registered my box with Amazon. When I try to watch I get the message "something went wrong" . I have never been able to watch it this way.

Your box model. DN372T does support the amazon app.
Try a Youview Maintenance Reset to fully clear the box, set this back up and this will reinstall all apps.
