When I received the email a few weeks ago about the £4 charge, I phoned the support centre and asked them to cancel the TV service.
However I find that
(1) when I log in to "myaccount" it still says "TV, Broadband & Calls".
(2) I can still log into "talktalktv.co.uk"
and on another forum someone has complained that event though they thought they had cancelled they were still charged the £4.
How can I find out if I am still subscribed to the TV service ?
And ensure that it has been cancelled.

The TV Charge will not be applied to your account.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
