I am due to renew my contract, but no longer require the you view box. I have tried to find a way to cancel this, but seem to be going around in circles! Please could you confirm how I cancel this £4 monthly subscription and the process regarding returning the equipment.

If you contact our customer loyalty teams they can renew the contract for you and make any changes to your current contract and subscriptions as required.

There is no means to cancel it without contacting customer services, call 0345 172 0046 and ask for the loyalty team.
