you view apps not working. Does this all the time on and off however it has been hours. Says unavailable and try again later. Tried rebooting everything and nothing working.

Hi @Mollyrushforth 

 

How is your box connected to the router, Is it direct with a cable or is it via Power Line Adapters?

 

If PLA's, are all 3 of the lights on BOTH plugs On and Green with no flickering red or amber ?

 

This is the fix from YouView but, a constant internet connection is needed hence my question about the PLA's.
