Connecting to router

I have just recieved my router for talk talk tv but it’s not connecting to internet can someone give me a lil help on what I have to do

Hi Emma

 

Do you have internet access ?  Is your router on line and you can access web pages from your PC or phone / tablet etc ?

 

Is it only the TV setup you need help with ?

What make/model of router do you have & how is the TT YouView connected to it?
