How do I go about upgrading to a box that records, and what roughly would the cost be please?.
On another note is there any movement on when multiroom will be available without an engineer visit? I ask as I wouldnt need one as my property has ethernet connections in every room.

Engineer visits are now starting to progress. If you call our customer teams during weekdays, they can book in multiroom and arrange a recordable box as the second box.
