DN372T box not working

Hi,

I have a DN372T box that has increasing issues.  It started with picture break up, slow response to remote.  It’s suddenly stopped waking up, I now have to restart to get anything.  Barely responds to remote, I can change channel but picture won’t load. It won’t let me get to settings to do maintenance/factory reset.  
Can I have some help please?
