If you get a free youview tv box with your talk talk broadband and tv package.

Do you have to return it at the end of your contract or can you keep it?

Because one talk talk advisor spoke to management and then told me I can keep it and I don't have to pay any extra charges and 9 days later another advisor told me I have to return it or be charged extra for keeping it, she said I can only keep the youview tv box if I had paid for it at the start of my contract.

I am confused can someone please help.

Hi Mike,

you do have to return the YouView Box if you leave TalkTalk. You do not have to return it at the end of your contract if you remain with TalkTalk on a rolling monthly contract.
