Don't have Freeview signal in my cable

Hi
I just moved to my new home and Broadband was setup properly by OpenReach man.
Though it seems like I do not have TV signal in my cable and it was not checked by that man. So in general, my home move request was not completed successfully.
I'm not sure what's the issue, maybe it's because of Virgin that was here previously.
Who can check an restore TV signal?
Should I chase Virgin to revert back changes?
or TalkTalk is responsible for it?

not sure were to start fixing

Thanks

You are responsible for the freeview aspect of youview, as this is delivered over the air, not cable, and requires an external aerial.

Without this you can't receive bbc1 etc.

If you don't have an external or loft aerial that can be reinstated you will need to consult a local aerial installer or buy one and cable and install yourself.
