I have been paying £14 a month for the Entertainment Boost, which promises certain channels. I watch Showcase & Alibi mostly.
Two weeks a go all the Entertainment Boost channels gave an message that the internet connection to my box, a DN360T, was not working. This was rather odd as Prime, Netflix and all the other internet channels were working fine.
Continuing to try and watch the channels eventually each gave a message that the channel must be set up.
A long phone call to so-called support and nothing was resolved. I have cancelled the useless and expensive service and am looking for an alternative to talktalk. Any suggestions?
