I We can't get three channels on our entertainment Boost.They are Gold plus one,W and Alibi.We haven't been able to receive them for three days despite continuous retuning unplugging and restarting internet.The channels are all next to each other .

What happens when you select Alibi ?
Any on screen errors, black screen etc /
