Hi, I changed from broadband to fibre broadband on 03 May. Everything has been working perfectly up until tonight when I tried to purchase a film and then play it. I recieve the error code TTG-252, in fact all the films I have previously purchased are now showing the same error code. I have read the various posts concerning this code and have so far tried turning the youview box off for 5 minutes and restarting but to no avail. Have checked system updates etc, they were all updated successfully this morning. Would anyone be able to offer any other advice?

Hard Reboot box (using button at back of the box)
Perform software update (Menu > Settings > Software Information > Update Software > Press OK on remote)
Load More TV (TalkTalk/More TV button on remote) – More TV will force a subscription check. Select some content from here.
Test the movie playback and see if this works.
